It's beautiful. As the sights say, it's "Totally mod."

What is all the fuzz with this low rise... There is nothing especial about it. I sure hope it was taller though.

Yeah I love them tall...

The rendering is so gray, but I think it is god enough. If some one said, "Here you go - you can have an apartment here for free", I'd take it.

Not sure about this, but the projects don't seem to matter much. Manhattan and Brooklyn are so hot that all projects move quickly. There are 2 new rental developments on 100-101 and 102-103 on 3rd ave on Spanish Harlem right across from the projects and they are both at 90% rented in about 6 mos. Same for other parts of the city and BK.

Default Updates?

Just wondering if anyone has any updates on this property - good or bad. I'm considering purchasing here and want to make sure I know what I'm getting into... Price seems fair based on other new development. Also looking at Downtown by Starck across from NYSE.

I would guess Chelsea Club would appreciate a little faster. Chelsea probably has more upside, with the massive improvement of Manhattan's entire West Side. Obviously Wall Street is also blossoming as a nice residential neighborhood. Both properties and neighborhoods are wonderful, either would make a terrific home.

They are completely different neighborhoods, so the choice shouldn't be too difficult. Which neighborhood suits you better? Are the properties comparably priced?

Prices are very comparable. A bit more sq ft downtown plus it is a lot more convenient to subways. I haven't found a lot available in this price range ($1.25M) that is this size.

Looks very nice. But it that the price? Around 1.25 mil. for a 2 bedroom unit? I thought it would be a lot more expencive, but i dont really know the nyc prices...
