TIA.

There are several ways. The one that works best for me is to take the Q, N or R from time square to canal. It is only 3 or 4 stops on the express, an extra 2 on the local. You can also take the A or C to canal but that lets you out pretty far west.

EDIT: Oh. Nevermind.

I'm sure you all have heard, and are rather excited, but Eve is renting to own in the Atelier. I think I saw it on Curbed a month or so ago, if that long, but how do you get away with renting to own? I want in!

Now don't get too excited and camp out front waiting for Eve to show up!

With appliances like a TV it means you pay a really high monthly amount that goes towards a purchase price --

But financing fees are ridiculous.

Default this is funny / lame. i wonder if this kind of marketing works.

LOHAN'S JUST FOR SHOW

March 29, 2007 -- LINDSAY Lohan has become the latest marketing lure in the competitive world of Manhattan condos. Despite reports that Lohan bought an apartment at the new Atelier on West 42nd Street, The Post's Braden Keil reports the developers merely offered to let her use an apartment there to give the project some star power. Prior ad campaigns for the building have included Maggie Rizer, tennis star James Blake, Gabrielle Reese and Jesse L. Martin, none of whom have bought there either. A Lohan source says she's neither buying nor renting the unit but will likely start shopping for a Manhattan pad once she returns from a three-month movie shoot in London.

The bar on W. 42nd was set very low, it doesn't take much to look better than the rest.

So there's no space reserved for retail in the base whatsoever?
