The penthouse in this building is really beyond spectacular. Views that don't quit and that are in no jeopardy of disappearing.

Hoping that the lobby reno will not completely destroy the great detail from the original East River Savings Bank -- but they seem to be in no hurry to get the work done in that part of the building (it used to be a showroom for the units, but now is just being used for storage it seems).
