When is the completion date? What is the height of this building?

This is going to be such a nice additon to the area and I am sure we can see this one clearly in the skyline. 8)

I love this design of the building. It looks like the top part is separated from the lower part somehow. But it is just a look that is all.

The base reminds me of TWC a little, just the stone, and the parts of the tower resemble Lake Point Tower in Chicago.

Yeah I can see the comparison to Lake Point Tower in Chicago...but of course the glass is darker in that tower and in this rendering the glass is like metallic. But of course is just a rendering.

Looks nice, but I don't know about its impact on the skyline. There are two very tall apartment high rises to the west that will obliterate the view of the building from the west side. It will be a nice North/South landmark for pedestrians.

I was by yesterday. It's looking good and will be a nice anchor to the square. I'm always pleased to see parking lots replaced. Now, if they would just widen and expand sidewalks for pedestrians.

I was by this site last week. I think this building is going to be H-O-T. Its location and the buiuldings immediately surrounding it ensure that the views from it will be permanent. I'm impressed at this point.

Hey, nice cladding starting to appear. Better than any of the renders, which is rare!!

At least there will be an addition of a park and/or plaza on Layfayette (re the initial renders).

Next year (with all the fit-outs etc) and the height will be 21 levels @ 269ft/82m.

One of the least talked about (comparitively speaking), but one of the most stunning. This will have a huge impact on the area (along with the new Cooper Union academic building)... both architecturally and demographically (prices start at close to $2million). Can't wait until the curtain in fully up on this one.
