Propertyshark indicates that the same owner owns 229 W 58th St and 220 CPS, but a different entity owns 231, and yet another owner -- Extell's Broadway Trio LLC -- owns the now empty lot at 227. I assume (and hope) that they're all commonly owned and that these pieces of
mierda will be razed soon.
