Subway lines

Do any of you know of any proposed subway lines that are being built or plan to be built in the near future in manhattan, queens, brooklyn or long island?

or do you know where we can get such info...does the MTA provide it? I couldn't find anything when I surfed through it..

do you anticipate new stops or lines for the LIRR as well?
