The Tribeca Bridge (which is actually a pedestrian overpass) spans West Street (Route 9A) at Chambers Street, Manhattan.

The purpose of the bridge is to allow students to be able to get to Styvesant high school without having to cross the busy and dangerous West St. The bridge was completed in 1992.
