Recessed Lighting - Can someone recommend a store/installer?

I would like to install recessed lights in my Manhattan apartment. I have no clue where to order them. I would like to buy them in a place where they can also install it in my house. They have to be licenced (these are the rules of my condominium).

Any suggestions? Can someone recommend the best recessed lighting on the market? What should I look for?
