Hello New York
I am f rom England due to be in New York for 3 days only on 4th, 5th and 6th April 2006 and was wondering if there were any sports games being played in town on those days. I just want to experience the atmosphere of an American sporting event.......... Any Event ;)

I dont care if its football ice hocky basketball or baseball I just want to go to a game and enjoy the experience while I am in town.

I did see the New York Rangers in MSG some years ago and want to do it again.
Anything on?

Go - However you get the tickets (We went on Ebay) and saw the Rangers against the Islanders in October 2005

Had a great time - would recommend it to any Brits going over (atmosphere is totally different)

Im so jealous! We tried to get the tickets for the Rangers game in October when we were there and couldnt get them. There was loads on the site the week before but we didnt think there would be a problem...guess the return of ice hockey after a year of strike made the difference.
I would recommend a Yankee game. I know they arnt there for this trip...but go back to see them another time....but then again I am aYankee fan..........:)
