Um, Kev, you may want to portray more than blood and guts in 8bit color when you are doing your PaintBrush artwork there....
Also, experiment with things a bit. I think you would probably like Photoshop-Fu-ing (Altering photos found on the web using Photoshop) to see what humor you could come up with....
One little hint too... Posting that many voilent bloody depictions on a publicly accessable website is not too smart to do. Unless, of course, you want to visit the psychatric hospital real soon... ;)
As for the website.. It is kind of blah. A background color would be handy, as well as a slightly more solid feel to your selectable menu items...

Don't worry about the design, it's fine, might try dark background and less corporate style; art is more important, looks good so far, but try more powerfull tools, like Photoshop.

kevdogg:
Your page had good consistency as in colors and strucuture.
As with the title of the page, try labeling each page a title more specific than the one currently designated.
As with the index.htm page, I recommend inputting <META> tags to ensure search-engine crawling capability.
As with page compatability, try viewing the entire website under Netscape (although I am not at all a fan of the browser, Netscape 6 is still surprisingly swift), because it appears a bit out misaligned under that platform.
As with the portal page, I am unsure of whether you have to place a "viewer discretion advised" page due to the blood and violence.

I disagree with the suggestion to use more powerful software. I think the primitive, even childish rendering style is an excellent contrast with the violent and twisted nature of the subject. You are at once suggesting both naivete and cynicism.
I like your work very much. Keep going.

I agree that the art is more important than the web page layout. However, it would be good if you could change it a little. My suggestion is to use thumbnails so that each page will fit on the screen. Clicking on the picture will go to the full image.
I also have a movie recommendation: "Deep Red" (aka Profondo Rosso) by Dario Argento. That film features drawings that are both childlike and violent.
