First on the agenda: I apologize for the quality of some of these. With last month's thing and now I think there's something a little wrong with the camera. Not sure what.

Now, the buildings...

Bloomberg Tower - three concrete floors. On 58St, I was standing in front of Beacon Court and also watching the passersby. Nearly everyone who walked by looked up at the construction and into the court with interested looks on their faces. One woman went by with a few other people, looked in, and said "Weird!"

Park Avenue Place - movin' on up.

Grand Beekman - although it's been criticized a bit, I can't help but like it. Though the photo blurs the brick together, it's a nice job. You need to either be there or have a decent camera to appreciate it.

The Bloomberg Tower: probably one of the city's slowest construction projects ever.

Regardless, one of the most worthwhile. But I wish that they had kept the floor count at 64, along with the hotel.

I'm a fan of the Grand Beekman as well.

Man, Bloomie's got some amazing skin. This will be wonderful when completed.

The skin of this building will probably make the Bloomberg Tower one of the most recognizable buildings in NYC.
