Great shots. That panorama is the first picture I've seen where the AOL center's top looks decent. Dare I hope that it'll really end up being better than it is so far?

Agreed. *At least it's a differerent color, as per the renderings. *If it was the same, it would truly blow.
Would love to see more glass on the West Side, though.

No sunset, but a view of the skyline from the Pulaski....(Sun)

Whoa, check out the Morgan Stanley Building in the sunset photos!

There's just something about New York Scrapers when the sun starts to fall-The Times Square buildings catch the sun, but no one can argue (Well, I guess you can...) that the Twin Towers reflected the sun like nothing else in the world...

Wonderful pictures Den Haag AvW.
Citigroup glistens. World Wide Plaza is stately. And the Equitable Building... very dignified.

They remind me of the Miramax logo you see in movies.

Great panorama.
So it appears the crown of AOL-TW will reflect light differently than the rest of the building.

yes, wonderful panorama den haag.... is it me or in the panorama AOLTW seems to have a greater impact on the skyline then i had originally thought. Maybe its just the perspective and angle of the picture but AOLTW appears to be maybe 850-900ft tall in comparison to the other buildings. Its probably just the view though

Nah, it looks about on par with WorldWide Plaza.

I probably seem very stupid for asking, but how do you include pictures in your post? 'Cause I have some good skyline evening shots.

I found out how to post pictures and here is one of Manhatten on July 4th (sorry, I didn't get any ones with fireworks) taken from the top of Silvercup Studios in Long Island City (my friend works there)

Oh--looks like dotphoto won't allow 'hot linking'. I'll get a new hoster in the morning, for now just copy the link into your browser.

Great one CW. I can see ESB, Chrysler, Citispire, Citicorp, TWT, and AOL-TW.
Really nice.

Yeah and in a year or more bloomberg tower will be really noticable on the skyline!
