This should be short. No Metrotech or anything near there.

Atlantic Terminal - Facade is moving fast. Odd though that the final steel section of the roof is delayed for so long. And don't get me started on the 'stone' with little red stripes.

Brooklyn Law School Dormitory - Basement

53 Boerum Place - Crane there now. Should move along.

295 Atlantic Avenue - Excavation. I think this might end up as being multiple buildings phased over time. The permit says 10 floors and 50 units. The plot is huge. Unless these are gigantic apartments, there should be at least two buildings.

Dean St Residential - Between 4th and 5th Avenues, a 5 floor building going up.

And I thought I'd take a picture of the Verizon Building's crown. It reminded me of Barclay Vesey.

Maybe...

I took this yesterday in Williamsburg after getting a personal tour of a knish factory. This is one of the nicer new constructions in the area, which really isn't saying much. There's at least one new building going up on nearly every block in the neighborhood. The orthodox gobble up every site they can find.
