Here we go..

Bloomberg Tower - facade up a little from last time, looking good. From ESB webcam it looks like some kind of structure's been placed on the roof which is a good thing.

AOL Time Warner Center - The pictures don't do it justice. The Circle side was pretty much the brightest I've seen it and with the scaffolding coming off the south tower we get an idea of how the finished complex will look.

The Alex - The little wing ruins what would have been a nice building. It's ok from the front though.

Park Avenue Place - Started.

Hearst Magazine Tower - Not yet.

And an opportunity presented itself. It involved me standing in a plaza pointing a camera straight up like a tourist. Meet Park Avenue Tower.

The Hearst project is the one that gets me excited. It promises to be extraordinary.

Thanks for the pics.

I like the Bloomberg facade so far, except the floors for mechanicals. I suppose it will be less obvious when the protective blue material is removed from the stainless steel.

You're right about Hearst, Christian.

The AOLTW scaffolding is coming down fast.

The Park Ave tower also caught my attention a couple of weeks ago. *One of those towers you never really think about until standing beneath it...

Don't forget about the Regent Tower.

I didn't. But I had been walking a while already and I didn't want to backtrack, being at like 56th St at the time. Didn't think that building was so important anyhow.
