Does anyone know how to get access to some of the no longer open observation decks to landmark buildings in the city e.g. 40 Wall Street (Trump Tower) or 70 Pine Street?

Years ago the Art Deco Society of New York sponsored a tour of such locations. If ADSNY still exists, you might want to ask them about it. Other than that, I suspect these unique locations are completely off limits.
