Folks,

All of us that believe in increasing investment in high-speed and intercity rail projects, public transportation and subways should go to Change.GOV (http://change.gov) site, register on the site and vote in support of questions for the Obama team dealing with these issues. Now that they are discussing the huge stimulus package it is a good time to write to all your local and federal representatives to make sure they press the Obama administration to include more money for the public transit projects that will benefit New York City.

"Will transit and intercity rail projects be a major component of the infrastructure stimulus package, rather than focusing on highway projects?"
