Could some one explain this flag as I took this photo
in 2007 and it seems unusual to me:confused:

Looks like the US flag but in negative form perhaps.

Thanks for the reply's I took the photo as we did one of the
open top bus tours maybe in the Harlem or Little Italy areas.
