They may have been threads in previous years about this, but I feel 2008 is special enough to deserve its own.
Do people plan on tipping less this year then in the past due to the economy?
I will start..
I moved into a building this year with about 15-20 door staff, and with the way things are going, I have been looking at ways to save for myself in the future.
I decided this year I will not give a tip to each person, but instead get a gift for the building staff. A huge package of chocolates or soemthing to that effect.
It would be great to hear other's plans.
