I just wanted to let you know about a great culinary event that is going down in NYC this Wednesday, November 26th, from 6-8pm at Celsius Lounge at Bryant Park.
It's called "A Taste of Canada". Loads of Hors d'ouevres prepared by Le Cordon Bleu Chef Daniel Verati will be available for your enjoyment including: Canadian Maple Syrup cream and Quebec smoked duck canapé, Nova Scotia Lobster and Price Edward Island Smoked Salmon rolls, Fruit and Vegetable Carvings, accompanied by a Sommelier serving wine/icewine samples.
