Wow. That was two years ago.
It was closed (after the rather unedifying and tendentious mention of JB), but I feel that the topic could be covered elsewhere and probably is.
Surely, living in a city is more than just architecture.
Post #169 is probably my favorite and worth another read.
Also around #154? theres a statement that someone "has never heard of an Englishman named Luca".
What is this? The 12th Century?
Thats the very interesting thing about England, because of the lack of language barrier, we can readily see a mirror into the past, into what makes nationalism tick.
BTW, my favorite post would have to be something about favorite movies. Could someone possibly dig that out?
