God, I Ache!

Im hurting all over, all my muscles in my limbs are acheing!
And i have no idea why?:confused::(

I didnt work Friday, and didnt really have a taxing day on thursday, now my hip hurts like mad style, and i ache!:(:o

What the hell have i done?

Could siatica really hurt my arms and legs as well as my back?
I know i get occasional siatica, because thats why my hip hurts, but would it affect my other limbs!!??

Im rattling from all the painkillers im taking!:D

I feel your pain!
I injured 3 disks in my back and began suffering from sciatica in my legs, hips, arms, and neck! :eek:
After some extensive decompression therapy it all went away.
Now I have to do specific stretching exercises for 30 minutes twice a day to keep it from coming back- the exercises work.:D

Cheers for your concern guys.

I went to the doctors, and they said, i have got some siatica, but i have also caught a throat virus, thats making all my muscles in my limbs ache.

How random is that?

Ive never heard of it before, let alone had it!

Anyone else been in the same boat?
