Dragons or Titans

Hi.

I am going to New York for the first time.
On saturday 26 of april there are 2 different kinds of sport that I would like to see. I dont know which one to choose.
Either football "New York Dragons vs Cleeveland Gladiators" at Nassau Coliseum
OR
Lacrosse "New York Titans vs Rochester Knighthawks" at Madison Square Garden.

I see a bit american football (NFL) on tv and I have never seen a lacrosse match.
Which one of the two matches has the most and best atmosphere, excitement and show?
On what level is the NY Dragons? Are they any good? I like NFL, but how much "lower" is the NY Dragons?

I haven't been to an arena football or lacrosse game, so I can't comment on the spectacle, but if you're staying in Manhattan, Nassau Coliseum will be a 40-minute plus drive out in Long Island, while Madison Square Garden is in the heart of Midtown. While I would prefer to watch football over lacrosse, it's a little to tedious to get out to Nassau, so I would go to the lax game.
