The young guy from this board that died...

I'm so sorry for the very insensitive title but I couldn't think how to phrase it without it sounding callous.I've not been on here a while but remember a young guy who used to post on here was chased and not sure if he was knocked down and sadly died,having not been on here a while I wondered what was the outcome,was it just a tragic accident or were charges ever levelled against the guys who chased him?
