It's where the I-95 Parking Lot is located.

Yeah, I lived the I-95 parking lot for 15 years. Enough. The highway was functionally obsolete just a few years after it opened in the 50s. Nobody in CT has had the political will to improve it, expand it, whatever. And guess what? In the so-called Land of Steady Habits, nothing WILL be done with it in the next 50 years, either. I-95 is a a permanent drag on the economy of Connecticut. Possibly the worst highway in the United States, by far and away.
