Can someone please tell me the name of that huge structure going up (right now it's all concrete) around 12th to 18th Street (I was in the city today, can't remember) just East of the West Side Highway.
On the south side there is an opening of about 10 stories with just conical concrete pillars holding up the upper floors which face an old brick warehouse type building with two brick square towers on top. There was just a banner naming the construction company. This isn't the Highline because I looked at pictures of that already.
