That would be Alwyn Court, where Petrossian is. There's a 1-BR for sale for $1.35M. Happy to show it.

A few nice pic here. (http://www.nyc-architecture.com/MID/MID093.htm)
I read somewhere that there were a number of "unexpected events" recently after the construction of the building: some history here (http://cooperator.com/articles/1217/1/Alwyn-Court/Page1.html).

And for a bit of Irony - There are a couple of huge ornamental SALAMANDERS above the main entry door.
In Ray Bradbury's 1953 novel Fahrenheit 451, the salamander is used symbolically to represent the fireman's ability to burn literature yet 'regenerate' happiness to the people in the totalitarian society.

Excerpt from the above linked article.
“Only five apartments had been taken by the night of March 4, 1910,” according to an article by Christopher Gray (New York Times, April 1997). Unfortunately, before more units could be rented, that evening a fire broke out in the building.
“The fire had started in an unoccupied apartment on the ninth floor, and broken through the window; tongues of fire leapfrogged the blaze to the top,” writes Gray. “Despite its luxury, the Alwyn Court was short on fire protection: with no fire escapes and without fire doors, its single narrow stairway served as a perfect chimney flue.”
