Commerce Street/Cherry Lane

I notice that Windows Live Local shows Commerce Street as Cherry Lane - is this an error - or has the street been renamed?

A Google Search throws up Commerce Street and the Cherry Lane Theater - explanations please!

I could have sworn I saw an old map that labeled the street "Cherry Lane", but I can't find it. Or maybe it was just my imagination. Anyways...:
