I've heard that there is supposed to be a new building in the Harborside Financial Complex and it is supposed to be bigger than Goldman Sachs

It is going to be 244 meters/800 feet. Also I think it's in the Aproved stage.

Not to burst any bubbles but if you're talking about emporis.com they had that pic of Harborside 7 up for almost 2 years now. I think the building may have been planned when there was a much greater demand for office space in JC. I believe that demand might be spiking up again, but right now it's dominated by residential

It may be Harborside 4 that's going to start construction in 2008. NYC lease rates are going way up, and smaller companies are getting pushed out by the lack of affordable space.
Harborside 4 was approved for construction by the Planning Board a few months ago, and I heard from someone involved with 77 Hudson that the plan was to begin construction in 2008. The building may be as tall as 600ft from what I've heard.
