i am considering buying an apt at Loft 25 (25th btw 9th & 10th). does anyone know this building and can you tell me about the neighborhood? thank you

I think it's a good buy - considering the sfootage and interior finishes, the location is good, high line, meatpacking, etc, the only concern is the buildings across the street.
